The technical industry, computers, phones, home a/v equipment etc. tends to have very smart people working in it. Typically these folks are not able to communicate to the average person knowledge in an understandable manner. Connex is different. Our passion, our desire is to connect people and technology. That means writing a program to solve a problem, or recommending the right purchase to a user, or what ever else it may take to enable people and technology to work together.

Connex was founded in 2008 due to some encouragement from friends who noticed that there is a need in the Newaygo county area for technical support.

Paul Kortman, founder and president has been working in the IT field for over twelve years. He has had experience in a world class data center, managing over 1000 servers. He has also worked helpdesk support for less than 25 employees. With experience in programming, networking, systems administration, helpdesk support and security Paul has a depth of experience to draw from.
